Hazi is the brain child of three Romanian students (Florin, Radu, and Teodor), who have banded together to start a hosting company.  They’ve got some exception pricing:

On the one hand, these are college students but on the other, they’re very upfront with who they are and what they’re offering, which is a good sign.  The LowEnd community is adventurous, so if you’re looking for a new provider at a great price, maybe you should give Hazi a spin.
