How much would additional 40gb of space cost on the 4gb-vps plan?

    (1) Can we get 30xIPv6 or 50xIPv6 free ?

    (2) MAIL-servers need WHITELISTED IP-address & correct PTR/RDNS/return-value set to send emails into INBOX or else sent emails are either totally REJECTED or placed into SPAM/TRASH folder. Do you set PTR/RDNS/return-value via support-ticket ? or Can your VPS-management-panel allows to set PTR/RDNS completely ?

    (3) If your assigned (primary) IP is BLACKLISTED ( marked/shown by any one of the Blacklist Database Group/Company listed here: https://www.dnsbl.info/dnsbl-database-check.php ) then (3a) do you issue a new WHITELISTED IPv4 ? or (3b) do you communicate-with (submit BL-removal-form or email) EACH of the BLACKLIST-DATABASE group to remove each of the blacklisted IP ? or (3c) do you only allot/assign (Blacklisted)-IP-address AS-IS & you leave all related steps+decisions on the User/Client to either Stay-with you or Leave/cancel-account ?

by the way, you must set correct RDNS (with a user’s/client’s mail host name under user’s/client’s domain-name) for the IP-address, before sending any email into blacklist-database group or before submit-form to remove IP-address from blacklist-database.

I truly hope these guys are able to keep the lights on and improve, since when our KVM systems are up they do run quite nicely, and Elliot was very helpful in building out some custom higher-end plans for us.

God help you if you need to deal with support though; immediate demands to escalate right to poor Elliot M. may be the ticket (no pun intended) but I feel bad slamming the guy with support requests that truly any half-decent helpdesk should be able to comprehend and act on.

Instead you can expect “answers” back from a Mister Earl Mitton and Johnny Thompson (a new fellow in the mix these past few days!) with something like this: “Hi, Cloud please care on change your configuration.” or “cloud please check your vps is go to on-line.verify your end.” Both totally verbatim :-/

My latest issue is a VPS that ran perfectly fine for a month solid only to be dropped totally offline, and the SolusVM control panel says it boots but in reality it doesn’t come online/have VNC access/etc.

I foolishly ask support to check the host node and after the first nonsensical ticket reply I refresh Solus to find they’ve apparently decided to change the entire VPS config (changed PAE, NIC type, disk driver, and mounted their own “WINDOS2012.iso” in place of my previously-configured drive). Of course the VPS still won’t come online and at this point I suspect they’ve likely hosed the system out of sheer incompetence.

“Unmatched service and customer support” is a high bar to aspire to and HostBRZ is most certainly missing it support-wise. My recommendation: Have really great backups and a hell of a lot of patience (he says, coming up on 6 hours downtime on the above system)

I currently have a 4GB VPS and have had it a few days now with no problems. HostBRZ offers really good deals on a variety of hosting types with really cheap prices for the great resources you get out of them. I have ordered from HostBRZ more than once and from my experience they are a good reputable host.

I started out with a VPS with these folks but ended up not utilising it as much as I hoped, so switched everything over to a reseller instead – I can recommend both, for the most part the experience has been good. Server speeds are good, and a couple times I needed help with the server (email deliverability) or had downtime, support has been quick to respond and correct.

Started one instance at BRZ on May 8th, and the network was done on May 31th for the first time. Requested assistance, somehow get better on June 2th, and is done again today – June 7th. Can’t say that it is a reliable host provider, or it is providing durable service.
