Soo, from what i gather, HostBRZ should be avoided.

there are post from LET which says
“Solved by Data, NFP, WootHosting, HostBRZ and AlphaRacks are all run by the same owner.”
“Both HostBRZ and SolvedByData went down exactly at the same time as AlphaRacks”

Not sure how factual it is thou, but if there is a hint of connection with AlphaRacks, even it is just a anecdotal / conjecture, you should avoid it like cancer.

  3. For those wondering, this is my daily experience with this vendor.

If you want to have less stress in your life, don’t do business with this vendor. They have not given me a refund in the past when I create a ticket. I am waiting on response to a ticket filed today (#143314). It will probably be a replacement of one crappy VPS for another. Then the same problem will occur again. Just pay a smidge more and go to a quality vendor.

  4. I filed a ticket with HostBRZ about my previous reported nodes shutting down randomly AFTER I restarted them. This video shows the response I received – “There is no Downtime in our server, Please check with it.” Brilliant. So here is today’s video showing that is not true, again.

    https://youtu.be/Rxy0yvd_eec

I can do this every day till my account ends, HostBRZ. These videos are public in Youtube. The COULD just give refunds, but they won’t do that either. Avoid this vendor.

  5. Ah, this vendor seems to be denying what that video recordings show. Now the reported VPS node that was OFF is now running and “is working fine from our end”. They obviously started it and when I checked, ANOTHER node is down now.

Seem to be building a nice catalogue of how terrible this vendor is. They still have not provided a refund. PLEASE AVOID HOSTBRZ. I hope this saves someone from making the same mistake I did.

    Tango down :(

    Dear Customer,

Over the past few months we have been met with many challenges within the hosting business. Some that have not been overcome.

As result of this we will be closing our doors. We will be shutting down this Monday 12/9/2019. We are taking this time to let our customers know so that they may backup and retrieve all of their data before then.

We deeply apologize for this inconvenience.

    Thank You.

Unbelievable. I just read this now that they’re closing down. I bought 4 VPS for a 3-year plan from them. I am requesting for a refund.
