OVZ plans are stuck on old Ubuntu releases due to ancient kernels. Good thing I did month to month, I wouldn’t have purchased had I known. Would go centos but the mail platform I’m looking to test out only supports Ubuntu afaik

    • OpenVZ 7 is planned to roll out next year, had plans in the work a month or two back but was advised there were still a lot of issues with it so we decided to upgrade hardware and get things in place for OVZ 7.

Welcome to snag a KVM VPS in the mean time as those are not template based and we can install any OS on there for you.

Many other hosting companies already have OpenVZ 7 and not sure why you still do not have it.

Same at my side! They dont undertand my questions, they stopped my vps although i did nothing wriong with it, they say i need to revert changes i did, but i did nothing wrong & nothing illegal! They laconically answer stupidly i need to access via VNC WTF! I just asked them to cancel my yearly payed service with i payed at begin august! furthermore they obviously have a server problm by theirselves! I have a valid, legit & 100% working email from gmx//at andy i got TOTALLY ZERO emails from them!! Good luck I remembered my PWD…. And THE PTR record of their VPS IP*s is *.colocrossing.com thats some company’s vps i had problems with already years ago!!
