Defendant owes Plaintiff $58,964.27, plus interest at the rate of 10% per annum, or in the alternative at the highest statutory rate allowed by law per annum from dates to be proven at trial, but at least from February 9, 2023, for services rendered by Plaintiff to Defendant on or before February 9, 2023…although duly demanded, no part or portion thereof has been paid. Defendant has breached the agreement with Plaintiff by failing to render payment as demanded.
So states Cologix, a Canadian company that filed suit last week against Path.net over unpaid bills.
Path.net signed a contract with Cologix back in 2020, and according to the suit, has not paid its bill since May of 2022. There is a list of invoices in the suit, which shows unpaid bills from May of 2022 through January of 2023, when presumably Cologix cut them off.
And There’s More
There’s also a thread on LowEndTalk (“Telia kicks out Path due to a mountain of unpaid bills“) which alleges that Telia terminated Path.net.
Path, or at least one of their sales reps, disputes this and says the kicking to the curb was in the opposite direction:
Perhaps Path could settle all its bills with PathCoins?
