Tyler from KudoHosting recently contacted us to let us know about their new product offering: Alpha Resellers. An alpha reseller account is a step up from a master reseller account – and lets you create/sell shared hosting, reseller hosting, and master reseller accounts.

Exclusive for their launch specials for LEB, they are offering specials on Alpha Resellers located in New York which we thought you guys would enjoy as they start from just $19/year! Their WHOIS is public and you can find their ToS/Legal Docs here. They accept PayPal, Alipay, All Major Credit Cards, Bitcoin, and Litecoin as payment methods.

Here’s what they had to say:

I have had a VPS with them for almost a year. It has been down dozens of times. Service levels are poor.

AVOID! I moved my clients off this host. I had one of the reseller accounts. Things started off ok. I had 5 wordpress sites hosted there for friends/family. After about 4-6 months, all my client sites started having constant timeouts/slow loads and frequent extended downtime (minutes to hours). The web console was slow from day 1, but was down as often as the sites towards the end. I submitted several tickets. They usually responded in a timely manner saying it was fixed. However, I still would get constant timeouts, slow loads, and down time. Not worth the effort to keep it. They must oversell like crazy.

Here is a typical graph and log of uptime for sites I had hosted here for the last month before moving them. Graph and logs generated by uptime robot. Polling interval was 5 minutes.
