I see a test IPv6 address, but the offers don’t mention IPv6 address allocations. Do these offers come with IPv6 enabled? How many addresses? Thanks!

I have a negative experience of support saying one thing then turning around and saying another days later then not being very professional when speaking with me and blaming me for their incompetence of not explaining things properly.

Just sayin there are negative experiences out there

I remember when I had lost Internet connectivity and was advised to assigning manually on my end.

Its very easy to do (edit 1 file), and all the information is provided on the dashboard if needed.

Would also like to say these people have some very reliable KVM’s, and never had an issue other then above, and more recently a crashing hdd (which they promptly replaced).

Never lost any data, extreme slow down while hdd was crashing but my PBX was still working. Also only company I know of that offers snapshots/backups & pretty much full control over a proxmox vm.

            Thumbs Up from me

Where is your ToS / AUP? How much CPU usage is acceptable on the KVM (25%, 50%, 100%)?

    September 20, 2017 @ 1:08 am | Reply
    • The TOS already here in the topic as well the cores are fair share so you can’t just keep push the CPU 50% all day.

      Thanks

    September 20, 2017 @ 8:24 am | Reply
    • No they don’t come with GPU, i don’t think that VPS will support GPU you better off with dedicated server with CPU card.

DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH LETBOX!!!!!

They sent an email, which ended up in my spam folder, giving me less than week’s notice to migrate to a new server and then deleted all of my data. When I asked them to correct this they responded:

“I don’t even sure if your data still there. this mail was sent since 27th March and dead line was 1st April and now it’s 11th April.”

    April 11, 2018 @ 11:56 am | Reply
    • Kuba Tyszko:

About the same here, I did get a notice that my server will be migrated – but they did not ask me to do anything, I though the migration was automatic.
      My data is now gone.

  24. Kuba Tyszko:

I’ve been using LetBox for about 3 years now, it’s been okay (I was even able to repartition my VM) up until now.
They “migrated” my VM to another node (and upgraded RAM slightly), but as a result they completely lost my data.
The node was a clean install, I’ve been battling support (responses took 2 days each time) for 10 days, at one point they even responded they reattached my old volume for me to look at and recover (it was encrypted), but there was no device showing up, and the next time around they confirmed they completely lost my data and that was it…
Luckily for me, this server was a part of larger distributed filesystem and I didn’t actually lose anything, but still, planned maintenance and my data is gone and now I have to reinstall…
