    • Hi Chuck

Between the time we sent in this offer and now our test file server has been migrated/converted to Looking Glass environment, instead of just a traditional test IP and test file. This looking glass script will provide potential customers with more options to test our network before purchasing.

Here is the URL to the Looking Glass, where you will find a test IP, numerous test file sizes among other tools.

I will also be updating the LEB team to update the original post with the new looking glass.

I purchased a VPS from their last offer, not a single blip since. Streaming speeds to my location surprisingly is not bad, love the fact I don’t have to worry about a bandwidth overage too!

    Cheers

    Does your server Asia optimized?

    • Hi Socheat

Yes it is – our network uses Internap’s performance BGP blend, which includes optimized routes to Asia taking paths such as NTT.

Yeah the service has been good and stable so far. Support however is lacking takes like 3 days to get a response if you actually need help with anything. They have a level 1 support message you fast that cant seem to do anything, then the issue has to be escalated to an admin and that is what takes for ever. Also they block email server ports by default and you have to answer a bunch of questions as to why you require email to get it opened as if it was any of their business anyways.
