1GB RAM KVM plan/ can not be found. The current link is incorrect, it points to Browse Products & Services page. There isn’t 1GB RAM KVM plan there.

Im using the 7 day trial. their support is horrible. sent me all wrong info about the vps I purchased. I almost broke keyboard trying to access the server. They also supplied me partial info on the IPv6 IPs of the server and when I asked for the IPv6 gateway, they never replied. If you ask them something they reply whenever they feel like replying.

We have replied to your ticket within 4 hours, which is usual for our services. I don’t see your point, you had a problem with your VPS and we fixed it. We had to change your IP due to the error from our provider where the IP didn’t ping. You then had problems with your root password even though we were able to log in to your server.

  8. Good servers. Great prices. Good support. Don’t expect an email if they shut your server down though. Otherwise, excellent!

Great prices, VMs seem great, and support is really good. Regardless of the reason, they may shut your server down for something as simple as mistyped/auto-filled user information WITHOUT notifying you… NO email. I really do like this host though and they have a great service. Give them a try!

CAUTION! Just got done with a Paypal dispute with Nanobit because they deleted my servers 2 days after I paid my bill and then ignored my support tickets. Pawel Mrozinski, their head support “tech”, is VERY rude and took 2 days to reply to my HIGH Priority ticket about the situation. I told them I wanted a refund after they deleted my servers and Pawel Mrozinski told me I would NOT get a refund from them. The only reply I finally got from “IONetwork Limited” (nanobit) on the Paypal dispute was “Ruda pizda” when the gave me my refund. This is after a long line of problems with this “business”. Watch out for random charges, as some links on their site will auto bill you without any warning or indication that it is a “Buy Now” link or even how much they will charge you. Just unprofessional, and immature site design. The owner Alex Jarmoszuk, is no help either. He lets Pawel Mrozinski rudely handle most support tickets. I have no doubts these rude snake oil salesman will come on here and try to smear me as that is just what they do. Regardless… USE CAUTION!!! You have been warned.
