Not entirely sure all is well with NodeDeploy. Their control panel, home page and the VPS are all showing intermittent connectively. VPS, when it works is fast.

      Hopefully this normalises.

Everything is now resolved. UK VPS’s should now be online and under cisco protection. The webserver is also being filtered at this moment in time, I would like to take a moment to say this is NOT normal and should not happen under any circumstance.

    Thanks,

Your alias is “Ben” yet you signed your name as “Kind Regards, Ben” ??

Does this confirm my original statement at http://www.lowendbox.com/blog/node-deploy-4month-1024mb-openvz-in-atlanta-plus-more/#comment-82966 is correct?

NodeDepoly = NixHost (previous deadpool host)

Also funny how Ben is the owner listed on file with Rapidswitch!

        person: Bradley Hession
        address: NodeDeploy
        address: 17 Ludford Road
        address: Bartley green
        address: West Midlands
        address: Birmingham
        address: B32 3PG
        address: UK

For those confused, Bradley Hession is the previous owner of Nixhost, a host that deadpool’d and went out of business years back.

There is a very high chance he is now back running Node Deploy. Buy with caution.

Time will tell how well they do and I for one see good things, Nixhost was a completely different. People change overtime. Move on bud.

Hi, I can see what would have happened there. By the time I got to the ticket ~4 hours later (It was submitted at 6PM GMT) the issue that the node was having must have resolved itself. All Phil actually did was just check to see if we had any ping timeouts over the reported period of time, he didn’t check the load on the node. I can see from your disk I/O result that you posted there was indeed issues, we believe we resolved these issues now and should hopefully not see them again. Once again, sorry. I will credit you with a couple of days extra service to compensate for the issues you had.

We are sorry about this issue and I have credited you two days extended services to compensate for the issues you recieved.

And also, would people please stick to the rules of LowEndBox and submit any support issues via ticket.

  56. Sad, but will leave them.
Support is unable to deal with complete system freezes (up to 30-60 minutes!) for more than 2 weeks.
Looks like all the container gets swapped off. They said that kicked another abuser, but it seems it will be for a long time.

    Good luck!

since it seems you kick those who use more then 10% of cpu

    December 1, 2012 @ 7:56 am | Reply
    • We don’t kick anyone out for %10 CPU thats ridiculous. Expert is a client who caused nothing but trouble for us, he was using an outdated kloxo version and was getting huge SYN floods on his server maxing out of %400 CPU. He was kicked off because we refused to host someone who kept getting floods and demanding we resolved them for him. We’ll filter them to a degree but when you start affecting other customers we’ll have to let you go.

We host many gameservers and none of them cause issues, barr the ones who run outdated minecraft plugins.

I have 2 servers from this company and I am running the same program on both of them but it seems like they are giving a very low CPU usage and they say that the Program I am using is using up the CPU over 100%.
This I have never had with other VPS’s upto date I have used Gigabyte and they never kill my Program.
Also I used 123com.org and same thing there no Killing the program from them either but with ?NodeDeploy you have no chance as their Program lets Multics run for about 4 to 5 mins and Kills it :(

    • You abuse CPU and I/O 24/7 with your TV Channel service. We have no other option to let you go if you’re killing the drives and CPU.

Had you not been abusing there would be no issue. For the price point we simply cannot have every user pushing 400% CPU constantly. We’re lucky we let you go anyway, there are host of issues for users who run TV sharing sites anyway.
