NodeDeploy have been featured five times before. We last listed them in January when they were promoting several similar and several different offers. PHX/GER OVZ Nodes are using the E3 1230 V2, 32GB DDR3, 4x 1TB HW RAID 10 and have either a 2Gbit (Ger) or 1Gbit (Phx) port. Their KVM LA Node is running a Dual Opteron 6272 (32 cores), 128GB RAM, 6x 400GB SAS HW RAID 10 and has a 1Gbit port. The KVM Germany node has the Dual E5 2620, 64GB DDR3, 8x 1TB HW RAID 10 and 2Gbit port. Last but not least, OVZ UK servers are running the Dual E5550, 96GB RAM, 4x 600GB SAS RAID 5 and has a 1Gbit port. A quick look shows that reviews on their last post were very good.

NodeDeploy accept payments via Paypal, Google Checkout and 2Checkout. All of their German hardware is owned and operated by NodeDeploy out of globalswitch. Public Proxies, VPN, Torrents, Warez or Warez Linking are not allowed. As usual, we recommend you read their Terms of Service before signing up.

they never had stock in L.A, this is marketing tactic, that’s why nobody votes for them in LET.

      • BenND:

Actually, the reason for that would be that the offer was submitted several days a go when we actually did have stock, but by the time the offer was posted the stock had sold out.

You are welcome to believe what you want. However, I do not see why we would have a reason to lie about how much stock we have. You can view stock 24 hours a day 7 days a week here

          http://vpsstock.com/

As you can see the offer was submitted on the 26th of feb, http://uploaddirect.co.uk/i/ce6dd92c928c091d57040a75c5af0d72ud.png

I am sure Liam or Zahara would be happy to confirm.

  5. Customer:

Why would you limit IPv6 addresses to 10 instead of assigning each customer a /64 (at least on demand)? If you don’t even have a /48 I am not sure if you guys are serious about hosting….

    March 25, 2013 @ 5:43 am | Reply
    • BenND:

Not sure how the size of our ipv6 subnet determines how serious we are. Some hosts do not even have ipv6. It is not limited to 10, you can request more as needed. In Germany we do have a /48 however, solusvm does not even support assigning of an entire ipv6 subnet. In other locations such as Phoenix we can only assign what our datacenter provide. If our datacenter provides a /64 then so be it. I don’t see any logical reason that you would need several billion ipv6 addresses anyway.

    What’s all the drama @John?

NodeDeploy is pretty forthcoming with offers, info, etc.

There is random delay between when provider submits offer and when/if it ever appears on here.

Node Deploy offers multiple methods of support for all of our clients, whether it be via email, via live chat, via a support ticket. All enquiries and questions will be answered in under 2 hours.

The above stated on the site is a lie. I’ve been a customer all of 24 hours, have had 2 problems, waited longer than the desired support time for the first one, to FINALLY login to more problems. I’m giving the chance to actually fix it and to be setup properly as it should have been the FIRST time. Oh, and as I type this, it’s been longer than 2 hours. I will reply again once the second problem has been resolved, but as of currently, I wouldn’t recommend this service to an enemy.

    • Hello Tom,

We’ve been having some support delays due to our UK location.

We’re working through the queue and will process your request shortly.

    • BenND:

#678289 was submitted for about an hour and a half before it was processed, the original ticket may have been missed or we was unable to do reverse dns on IPv6 at the time

As stated tickets are a little slow at this moment in time as we are resolving our issues with UK

Hi, sorry, Just looked into it a bit more, the ticket before was still pending (A bit over a day) and it was for IPv4 RDNS (Sorry), the reason it hadn’t been replied to yet was because of the issues with UK

  23. Hi!
I bought on Friday a VPS service and I’m still waiting for activation, I know that is a weekend but usually, when I have bought a vps the activation it takes only a few minutes and this is what makes me think if there is any problem with it.

    Regards!

  24. Hi again,
I’m still waiting for anything, activation, answer to my 2 tickets, whatever, I just want to know if there was something wrong with my registration or they are having problems. This is not an acceptable way to work if this is the normal speed of their 24/7 support showed in the front page. Also the Live chat is a 404 page, this also makes me afraid about where I have put my money.

    Best regards,
    Eduardo

  25. Is there anyone with my problem? Is like nobody is working in NodeDeploy, I ordered because there were good reviews and this is not acceptable, no activation, no answer to my tickets, no any phone to contact them, tomorrow I will ask for my refund as they have never offered me any service, so their TOS is not valid.

      Hi Eduardo,

I became hesitating about nodedeploy after reading your posts (and what one can read about past stories). I finally make up my mind, paid for the VPS (with paypal) and in 2-3 minutes, everything was setup. Just my 2 cents…

      • Today, after I opened a dispute on Paypal, they activated my account, but, I’m still waiting for any answer to my 2 tickets, just to read from them, sorry we have had some problems and was impossible to activate it or whatever. Maybe this is not normal, but think that if the speed to solve a problem with your VPS is more than 2 working days, it looks not so serious. As I comment, maybe this happened only to me, but this makes me afraid to put my websites here and cancel my shared hosting.

      • Defaul? One week after you answered…I read the terms of service, but my complain was because you don’t give me the service payed, also the dispute on eBay was opened before you do anything, it was not a busy day, check the dates, also you can check my account, and you will see, that you closed 2 tickets without any support.
I have found a better place where I receive support in a normal period of time, so, it will be better for both. So I will not lost more time in this thread, and you shouldn’t, otherwise other customers will have their tickets, unattended.

  38. Hosting from here has caused me a number of issues, from random downtimes, slow net, “It seems fine for me!” being the response, DNS issues which are still not fixed, after 3 days, and a hugely long ticket time. 24-36 hours for critical issues.

I’m extremely disappointed with these issues.

I wish I had gone somewhere else so far, and find it unlikely that they’ll fix my issues anytime soon, without messing me around some more.

  40. I have to say; support is really really really hard to reach and because of this: bad.
Moved to them because of the good deal. Don’t think i would move to them again, support should be excellent and quick responding at least!

Come on; do what you claim: respond to user queries.
