ProximCloud is coming up on three years in business and is doing very well.  We’ve had them on for Christmas, for Thanksgiving, and back in September.  Their first post here was in April 2020 so they’ve been with us for a while, with good reviews.

They host out of London, so if you’re looking for UK shared hosting, check them out.  Even if you’re not in the UK, shared hosting works from a lot longer range because visitors aren’t expecting same snappy response. If you think of the entire web experience (click on a link, request transmits to host, host processes, host sends response, browser parses, etc.) a few hundreds milliseconds added to a 2-4 second experience is insignificant.
