This offer is very good, but I need a 1Gbps port. Can I upgrade the network uplink of this offer to 1Gbps?
Yes, for this special offer – you can upgrade to a 1Gbps uplink for + $5/month.
Is there any differences between the new DC and the previous one in peering? I didn’t see a change in your test IPs.

Hi John!
Good news, the new datacenter is powered by the same, great network that we have in our Downtown LA location! The new facility has Layer 2 connectivity back to One Wilshire.
If you have any other questions please don’t hesitate to let us know.
Thanks for your interest,
Quadra has excellent service, thumbs up for you guys :)
Thank you very much, Radira!
Price stays forver or just the first year/month
Hello,
As long as you do not cancel the server, the price will not increase, and you will be able to renew every month at the same, discounted price!
Thanks!
If I wanted several dedicated hosts on the same network, with a managed switch and routed VLANs, so I could run my own openstack, is that something you can offer? Also, I’m at 530 W. Sixth street — is there a possibility I can peer my ASN 54380 directly with yours? Perhaps even though 802.11N?
Hi Jonathan,
We will be able to do this – please contact us at sales@quadranet.com to discuss your requirements further.
Thanks!
Hello,
What happens in the event of a disk failure? Is hardware RAID1 available? How much extra if it is?
Thanks,
Roger
Hi Roger,
I can certainly discuss options with you for upgrading this server to have RAID-1 for redundancy, for example upgrading this to 2x 1TB HDD with a hardware RAID controller.
Shoot me an e-mail, I’d love to help you out here and design a solution. adam.ng@quadranet.com
Thanks for your interest,
Adam
Been using the dedicated server for over a month now. Working great. Real fast speeds. Ticket response time is honestly the quickest I’ve ever seen! Great deal overall
What about up-time guarentee?
