Apparently, I won’t be getting a year’s service after all:

The company is compelled to close the office and sell the available equipment.

Hoping that the refund actually goes through. Also wondering what exactly happened – a DDoS (LeaseWeb charges for inbound as well as outbound, which is one reason we no longer use them for our main server since the “solution” to traffic coming to your server that you didn’t request is to nullroute the IP), or trimming users that actually use the service?
As of now they are still offering VPS in Singapore through their UI…
