The 4GB SSD VPS offer has SolusVM/KVM in the description. On Checkout, this is showing Dallas OpenVZ SSD Sale. It doesn’t look like you offer KVM in the Dallas location either. Please confirm that both offers are SolusVM/KVM.

The 4GB SSD VPS offer has SolusVM/KVM in the description. On Checkout this is showing Dallas OpenVZ SSD Sale, no information on whether or not it is a KVM on the checkout site. Please confirm the 4GB SSD VPS offer is SolusVM/KVM.

  3. Is the node on 4GB SSD VPS using OVZ or KVM? A little confused because it says KVM on the promo page but it says otherwise on checkout page.

I purchased their VPS special on Aug 7th using credit card. I got their email saying payment received but my provision was never created. I created support ticket asking what is going on. Support ticket responded saying they are escalating to “Management”. After that, there was no update. Meanwhile, I keep getting Bill from SnowVPS twice a day saying I need to pay for the provision (1. I already paid, 2 there was no provisioining). I even updated support ticket with my screen shot of the credit card screen showing their charge and email screen shot of their payment received email. However, they just close support ticket without any update while still sending me a bill notification to my email. I had to create dispute on credit card today for this to get my money back. If you are thinking about getting service from this provider, be mindful and use credit card to protect yourself and do not purchase in bundle. They may or may not choose to respond but you will be stuck with bill until you dispute and it get resolved and you email inbox will be keep getting “Payment notice” everyday.

Did you ever get this resolved? I’m considering standing up a backup DNS.
