    Do not use these people. They are beyond hopeless. I tried them for 9 months and every 2nd day I had problems. I was off line for up to 2 weeks with support saying we are looking into it. It would come back for a day then gone again. I repeat. Do not use these people there are much better providers around.

    My site has been down 3+ days in a row twice in 2 months. SolvedByData tech supports can take days to respond to your tickets. Unless you can handle your server being down for multiple days at a time, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

    It took a day or so to get my VPS up, the first one apparently didn’t setup correctly so they had to remake it on another node. I don’t know exactly what the issue was, but I got the 3GB-SSD-VPS offer and I ran some benchmarks.

    STOP posting these guys.
    WARNING to anyone looking to buy – GO READ THE COMMENTS on all their past deals, and also google them. These guys are fly by night thiefs with oversold servers, no support, and if you ask for them to fix overloaded servers they just close your ticket and get mad at you. I had to fight with a PayPal reversal to get my money back. You will have less than 70% uptime if you’re lucky, I hit low 70’s on a good day.
