Got a VPS with them and immediately had problems. Server would go offline randomly for no apparent reason. I sent them a ticket, and their support told that I would have to wipe my server due to a “tmp file issue”.
Asked for a refund because this is a huge red flag to me. They escalated my ticket to their administrative staff… Three days, no response.
Really bad customer service and I would strongly suggest avoiding them based on this experience.
Just an update… No response and they deleted the ticket I submitted to them asking for a refund because of how bad the server was.
Incredibly shady, especially over $10.
