I would like to submit a ticket but cannot login in client area, and **AUTOMATIC** password recovery don’t work(uhmmm…)
Usually I’ve always received from other host, after few minutes, the confirmation mail with access data but in this case (06/21/2013)…..i’m still waiting.
        Just Ssh it’s ok.
The bandwith it’s good and routing to Eu too.
According to this my overall opinion is: 4,5
        Today their refund my money.

Signed up more than 12 hours ago. I was charged nearly instantly for a month of service, however I have yet to receive any sort of confirmation e-mail and when I attempt to login, I’m getting a “invalid username or password” error. When I try the password recovery tool I also get a “The Username You Entered Could Not be Found on Our System” error. At first I thought maybe I put a typo in my e-mail address when signing up and I asked them to check this. I have now used their contact form twice requesting to get my information and have yet to receive any kind of response. This is not what I would consider to be an “instant setup”.

To whom it may concern. I tried to hire a machine, I’ve paid, (6/26/2013), I’ve claimed your contact form (04/05/2013), and no one has contacted me. The customer care address shown in paypal in a domain for sale ….? Scam?

    Number of cores : 2
    CPU frequency : 1700.141 MHz
Total amount of ram : 1024 MB
Total amount of swap : 1024 MB
    System uptime : 28 min,
    Download speed from CacheFly: 17,5MB/s
Download speed from Coloat, Atlanta GA: 25,1MB/s
Download speed from Softlayer, Dallas, TX: 42,2MB/s
Download speed from Linode, Tokyo, JP: 10,6MB/s
Download speed from i3d.net, NL: 5,82MB/s
Download speed from Leaseweb, Haarlem, NL: 7,96MB/s

Download speed from Softlayer, San Jose, CA: 89,4MB/s
Download speed from Softlayer, Washington, DC: 20,1MB/s

For the support, they managed to make me open a second ticket for the same problem after solving it, but they try to help.
