I previously got a smaller VPS with them that constantly went down. Requests for a refund are being ignored.

I can second the system was down more then it was up. They say they will refund you on the next “batch” but never do. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY, you have been warned.

I would not recommend this provider. I was double charged and we’re working on over 1 month now just trying to get the double charge refunded. The ticket is 2 months old because of the original issue.

So far, no progress, at all….. I just got a response a day or so ago asking, AGAIN, for the dates I was charged. They “Escalate” the ticket then it sits for 2 weeks until you ask them for an update.

Also, they say they allow znc, but shut my vps down anytime I run znc. just 1 znc client, with no one even connected at the times.

Some notes on commenting on LowEndBox:

  • Do not use LowEndBox for support issues. Go to your hosting provider and issue a ticket there. Coming here saying "my VPS is down, what do I do?!" will only have your comments removed.
  • Akismet is used for spam detection. Quoting webhostingtalk.com URL seems to get binned consistently here, but I do peek into the spam box frequently to publish those comments.
