For anybody thinking about this host, i stumbled on this little gem in the TOS.
“CPU/Memory Abuse
VPS customers are allowed to use 2% of the CPU at any given time. Customers with a higher load than 2% may be automatically rebooted to bring down the load and you may be sent a warning with this reboot. Higher loads than 2% are managed differently. Loads over 5% will be suspended for 24 hours. Loads over 10% will be suspended and you wil be notified. 3 suspensions for high load constitue termination. No refunds will be given for services that are suspended due to this rule.”
