On the website it says the Budget plans are based in US and UK. Their website is hosted in Chicago with Sharktech Internet Services so I assume it is with them as well. Domain has been registered for 3 years and currently to “OSHS Limited“, who as far as I know, runs by Suhali who also owns HighVPS (acquired from Jason Scales), VPSWow (also acquired from Jason), ConnectSwitch and HostGD that were featured on LowEndBox.
Does that make this reputable business? Hmm I guess so. The plans themselves are probably not that great though when you compare with some recent offers.
