Brian from WelcomeHosting recently contacted us with their first special offer for 2019. WelcomeHosting has been featured before on LowEndBox with positive reviews, however those offers were based out of their original Los Angeles datacenter location. For the new year, they have expanded to the east coast with a brand new New York datacenter location!
They are here with some KVM VPS’s in NY with exclusive discounts for the community. They are offering various different pricing structure options based on the plan, however, the most savings and value are to be had when choosing to pay using an annual billing cycle. For example, the 6GB KVM VPS is just $69/year when paid annually, instead of $9/mo!
Their WHOIS is public, and you can find their ToS/Legal Docs here. They accept PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Bitcoin, Litecoin and Ethereum as payment methods.
Here’s what they had to say:
“Nowadays, it seems like it’s almost impossible to find a hosting company that understands its customers by their first name – not just another number. What’s one aspect about home that’s found nowhere else? Feeling comfortable and welcome — and that’s exactly the type of client experience we aspire to deliver here at WelcomeHosting. We offer plenty of different hosting solutions, and we’re always available to help you every step of the way. Welcome to a personalized and worry-free hosting experience!”
Here’s the offers:

nice kvm offer :)
So far I am happy with their service.
Network and server speeds seem decent, and support answered my question in under 15 minutes. I’d recommend it.
Why not Windows OS ?
Available 2008 and 2012 R2
They got a really nice and stable service.
I do not recommend this company. I signed up for the 6G KVM VPS yesterday. The SolusVM control panel is broken – the VPS appears to be perpetually offline regardless of what they say and they have been unable to get back to me in a timely fashion, my last support request took more than 8 hours and was basically “Oh, there’s no problems on our end”
Sadly, the price reflects the service you get here. If you want to pour $70 down the drain, go ahead and sign up
weird, support is very fast, I got 2 KVM, 1 linux, 1 windows, I had problems with windows vps and they solved the problem in less than 30 minutes after opened the ticket.
Excellent provider. I just moved 4 VPS’s from my past provider (which was always going down). Couldn’t be happier with the speeds and service over here!
I try to buy, Hope everything goes well
Using one of their 3GB plans from a previous offer, would recommend.
Any one tried this provider can advise us how is the service? any down time? is it oversold?
Definitely oversold. No downtime with the 3GB, but as long as you’re not using it to run CPU intensive tasks….
I’ve had the 6GB KVM VPS for a few months now. I had one issue with the KVM running slowly. Support answered my ticket and fixed the issue in less than 5 minutes. No complaints. I definitely recommend trying them out.
could order 2 vps to build a kubernetes cluster ?do you support private ip for use?
do i have to request a windows OS after ordering? as i do not see it available on the order screen.
Do i have to request the windows OS after the order as selection is not available on order screen.
What can I say order activation slow and support is also extremely slow
I would stay away from this business and give them a wide birth. They clearly have too many customers to warrant responding to support tickets or even new order processing. I ordered and paid for one of their KVMs and they left my order processing for two days. Until I gave up and requested a refund from their payment processing company 2checkout. Then I had an email all of a sudden (despite all my other tickets being ignored asking when my service was going to be processed) saying because you requested a refund we have cancelled your order and refunded you. SO went to 2checkout, it turns out that this isn’t the case ether, so I have lost my money too. Waste of time and a con, so be careful when ordering folks. Buying cheap isn’t always best! I guess I should have used my gutt feeling and avoided them in the first place.
Using one of their 3GB plans from a previous offer, recomended
Website down. I guess they are out of business already
Website still down 16 jen 2020, I think they are dead. With my money and my data :(
