Go search some of the past deals from these guys. Nothing but problems from everyone who uses them. Aweful servers, lots of downtime, very oversold, horrendous support, don’t honor refund policy, and so on..!

Horrible service. If you want cheap hosting that will give you 73% uptime, then SolvedByData is your host

You were lucky to have 73% uptime. Over 3 months mine had problems daily and sometimes they would take a week to respond. More so, since I changed to a reliable provider, my spam count had dramatically decreased on my eamil. I suspect SovledByData might have had something to do with such high spam levels. I would avoid this company as it is easy to find professionalism elsewhere.

I had a good run with this hosting company, lasted about a year. Everything pretty good for the price.

But then the downfall began. Servers are very overloaded and even sites running plain HTML (no database) will not even load without timing out.

Submit a ticket stating ALL sites are down and cannot even access WHM. They reply hours later asking “please respond with sites URL that will not load”, lol. All sites are down and cannot access WHM gets this type of response means run, run fast and find better hosting.

Really shame but we can no longer recommend.

RIP. Looks like they shut down without notice. Not even an email telling customers to get their files.

A year ago, I foolishly bought a 3 year contract with them. They were fast to respond to my questions before I made the purchase. It wasn’t long before I noticed the server was always going down. To make a long story short, they played dumb up to the time that I could no longer file a dispute with the credit card company. After that point, they just started closing tickets without responding. My server, the control panel and their main webpage are now down. As of this post, my server has been down for thirteen hours!
