their vps are expensive, in a pretty common location – if they continue to pay for ads it means that people actually subscribe that way.

I cannot find any VAT number on their website, which is mandatory for italian businesses with a website.
I don’t wonder about that any longer. Most companies featured here from the EU don’t stick to their national law and don’t fulfill the requirements for information based on EU law. So why wonder in this case?
In this case the company can be subjected to a penalty of 258 EUR to 2065 EUR which makes me think that if they doesn’t care about this they aren’t a “serious” business.

Their AlertPay payment is probably bugged, I paid for my very first server and the Invoice kept saying that it’s “Unpaid“. Too bad that this kind of issues is going to have to be manually resolved, and thus I can’t say if they have an automated provisioning system.
They do. they haven’t setup the API for alertpay i personally requested it earlier today.

This company doesn’t even know where their datacenter is located. Hetzner has two locations in Germany: Nürnberg (Bavaria) and Falkenstein (Saxony). They claim Frankfurt on their website which is in Hessia. So not only a completely different town but also a completely different state.
Whould you trust a company that doesn’t even know where the datacenter is located? Well, I would have my doubts.

The uptime has been pretty good , they’re was a network downtime due to the core router/switch at hetzner died this affected everyone with servers at hetzner so it wasn’t there fault at it was only down for 30 mins ish.
Lorenzo Coco seems to be the only one that replies to tickets. I’m guessing another one man team? If so hes doing a great job.
IO isn’t bad for $2.99
Port speed is pretty steady too.

as when i booted it Solus bugged [Does this sometimes with other providers] and it showed 8GB RAM.
