Fresh Meat Weekend continues, and next up is 24fire, a Germany provider, whose got an 8GB VPS for under $7/month (€6.49).
24fire is new to our site but not new to the industry. They started operations in 2020. In 2021 they deployed their own custom control panel and in 2023 they released fireAPI, which provides programatic access to their control panel. So this isn’t the usual “servers + Solus” copy -of-a-copy-of-a-copy company, but rather a provider who’s in it for the long haul and is investing in their vision.
You can read more about their internal setup on their web site (in German, but Google Translate to English works great).
Read more on their web site, and then click on to see their offers, host node info, and datacenter details. Then come back and tell us what you think in the comments below!
