Damien and Zach are running a very tight ship. Zach is very knowledgeable when it comes to network and virtualization. Their network rocks, too. I’m not a VPS customer, however I’m using their other services. You can’t go wrong with this company. Highly recommended!

After a hardware failure of our internal systems last week we were unable to recover some information from the drives. Unfortunately the SolusVM database was severely corrupted beyond recovery. Our team is working with the people at SolusVM for possible solutions to recover parts of the database however this does not appear likely. We’re in the process of coordinating a replacement system to get service restored.

It is my understanding that you’re a SwiftVM customer – Not an original SupremeBytes customer. The migration and hardware failure was from legacy SwiftVM servers not ours directly. The data loss is considered an act of god because it was outside of our control and could not have been predicted.
