It’s not a perfect offer – while bandwidth is unmetered, it’s only 250Mbps.  However, you get IPv4, DDoS protection, and no CPU caps:

Not sure how that’s managed.  Sounds like a free-for-all, so hopefully they’ve got some smart monitoring in place.
