  3. I have been using them for about 6 months now. I was luck enough to get a fat 8GB RAM VPS for $49 a year. I had issues for the first 2 months and worked with support for a while (I was down for hours everyday), and after asking to be moved to a different node, I get about 15 mins of downtime every 2-3 weeks. I was able to get them to get the ISP to setup my rDNS PTR and pretty happy with service now. Do keep in mind it is an OPENvz VPS max at Ubuntu 16.04 era(fully loaded image only) OS’s available.
I got a shared hosting plan also, and its ok, but would not put anything production on it, but is great to mess around on, staging and such.
I wouldn’t recommend at the current prices though, at least until they offer better options for OS images to start with, and or KVM VPS.
