I buy a kvm vps today, i made a payment in BTC. withdrawal was done; the invoice still remain in unpaid state and billing department say me “we don’t receive the money !”.
I have screenshots for the transfer, you can check balance for payment address etc…..
i’m waiting for my kvm yet…

I have 6 services with Racknerd and I went to add the 4.5GB special in LA but when you get to the order page none of the servides are available in LA. Which is kind of annoying as the Blakfriday webpage hows LAX as an available location. Any more capacity coming online Dustin?
