Here’s a little about HostNamaste in their own words:
HostNamaste is a company that was started in March 2016 and has continued to offer hosting ever since. We are focused primarily in the LowEnd market, but it is our philosophy to provide quality services while within the LowEnd market’s price range. While this is certainly the goal of many LowEnd hosting companies, we have been quietly providing our services for nearly 5+ years with no complaints or issues whatsoever. We are particularly proud to offer many features that cannot often be offered by many LowEnd companies, including 24/7/365 Support, a 07-day money back guarantee, RAID-10 disks and dual processor nodes.

Why you charging 18% fee and NOT accept Crypto?
Hi Wayne,
If you are not from India, you do not need to pay GST / IGST (18%), It is only for Indian clients. However, If you are still getting IGST added in an invoice, please check your local IP / ISP or please register your account and open a support ticket and we will place the order from your account.
Sorry mate, Crypto is not allowed in India, else we would accept it, but hopefully after a few months, we will be accepting as Indian government is preparing the law for cryptocurrency.
Please check here, what are the other payment methods we are accepting:

Where are you registered? Why is your company legal nowhere mentioned in your website, Including the legal pages? You are charging GST (Indian Goods Tax), so I expect you reply with your legal company name, without which I doubt you have a GST number to levi GST charges on Indian customers. Seems fishy. Hope this isn’t a illegal operation.
No reply? Makes me believe like they are charging GST when they legally should not.
Yeah definitely looks like a scam. I would stay away from them.
Sorry for the late response, you could have contacted us via support ticket, and we would have happily provided the more information. It looks like you have read the post here or our past posts either, where we have already mentioned “HostNamaste is registered in Rajkot, Gujarat, India. Their Terms of Service is available on their web site (AUP).. They accept PayPal, Credit/Debit, Alipay, WebMoney, Payoneer, Wallets and others.”
We are not only registered in Rajkot, Gujarat, India, we have GST Number, Pan Card, Trade Mark and other legal docs and registration in India. You can place the order and you will find our GST number in the invoice, If you still need more information or clarification, you can call me at the mentioned number in the site or submit a ticket.
Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions about our services or implementation.
Kind Regards,

Thanks for your response, It is a really good attempt at not answering my question. I ask again, what is the legal company name and registered address. A pvt. ltd. etc name is what I’m asking if you are not understanding clearly. I can call myself Google or Hostnamaste. Doesn’t mean I’m legally registered as a company. Legal names and registered address are public info and should be available to public (without asking in hidden support forum). Not publishing the legal registrations and head office address and “claiming” to be registered to general public makes you look scammy.
It is available on public, looks like you have not searched about us on google or search engines and new here in this forum. Nevertheless, you can find those details here:
– https://services.gst.gov.in/services/searchtp (We are a partnership company and here’s our GST number “24AALFH3214L1ZF”).
Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions about our services or implementation.
Kind Regards,
– Mitesh
