We’ve all been there.
You see a deal, it’s too good to pass up, and then two weeks later you realize it’s idling and will go on idling until you cancel.
If it’s an hourly VM, bang, it’s gone. But what if it’s a year-long pre-paid commitment? Or just the second day of a month-long billing period?
Don’t sit there padding provider profit margins – get out! How? Open a thread on LowEndTalk specifying what you’ve got to transfer and there’s a good chance someone will take it over for you.
There are some rules:
- Not every provider allows transfers.
- LET doesn’t allow “account transfers” where you send someone your account login. It has to be an official transfer blessed by the provider, otherwise the provider could get stuck providing to service to someone without proper contact info.
If you’re sitting on idlers you don’t need, pop over to LowEndTalk and free up some room in your budget to buy others!
