support ticket opened PROMPT (really!) reply received …
“your order is in our queue…”
(AFTER 24 hours NOTHING is provisioned… AND ‘still’ in a queue – with NO idea if/when it will be provisioned…)
so
CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!
it is cheap and low spec but it may take days or weeks to actually get it up and running nobody knows…
FIRST time I have to open a support ticket to actually get placed into a provisioning queue….
BTW: I can not enter the giveaway as colo thinks the eMail is invalid (may be I have theit outbound server in my SPAM list??? 🙂
