Pretty much you decreased the bandwidth in the offers and not a price decrease either? Avoid.

Tried to order a VPS, and I was automatically flagged as fraud. When I opened a support ticket, these were closed with no response and zero feedback.

whoa! they don’t have any kind of support and yet the refund from pp was declined..

i really thought that it was my nameservers that was not being resolved thats why i cant access my new site so i contacted my domain provider and they said nameservers had already resolved properly and to contact the host its their end thats causing the problem. And like i said there is no way to contact them so its a dead end.

just try for yourselves click any SUPPORT, CoNTACT buttons they have can’t even submit a ticket.

i don’t mind the money you can keep it i’m just posting this to serve as a warning to others

    • We was received the case from Paypal, and you said your vps not working ,but I can ping your IP, so i don’t know what’s your mean with VPS can’t working.
That’s correct there is a issue with the link of ‘Contact US’ , but the link ‘Submit a ticket’ is working fine.

  8. Been using CosmosTeck for about 1-2 months now.

So far it’s been running great, good uptime so far (41 seconds of downtime, probably just me rebooting), very cheap pricing, and support is very quick and responsive.

    I’d recommend them to anyone.
