Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept most major credit cards (Visa, MC, Discover, Amex) as well as PayPal, and BitPay. We also accept wire transfer payments for amounts over $500.
Q: How soon will my server be online after placing my order?
A: In most cases, your Hybrid Smart Server will be online in just a few minutes. If your order is flagged for review, it may take up to a few hours for your account to be approved. Dedicated servers are usually provisioned within one business day.
Q: Can I upgrade my server?
A: Yes! Please see our order form for available options and pricing. If you do not see what you need on our order form, please contact our sales department. We’ll do our best to create a custom configuration for you.
Q: Can I get more IP addresses with my server?
A: All of our servers are deployed with 1 usable IP addresses. If you need more IP addresses. Additional IPs can be added during your order
