I’ve been using Evorack since May for a VPS to watch BBC and for a backup DNS server. Jonny hasn’t let me down once. I’ve opened tickets at 1am UTC, only to get a response back in 15 minutes. These guys never sleep!

Also bought one of these VPS:es, works brilliantly, the stuff I’ve tested with it so far. Also, as Clint said, support seems very responsive.

    • Hi There,

It’s possible that you ran this test during our security zeroing. Please try again and you should get a much better result :)

      Thanks

  7. Registered and setup a VPS with this company yeaterday. However, the documentation is very sparse; no idea of the nameservers to point my domain to, no domain manager, etc. Submitted a ticket but I’ve had no reply.

    • Hi There,

Evorack sells VPS (Virtual Private Servers). While some providers out there do indeed allow customers to register domains, this is outside of the scope of a VPS product.

      Thanks

I just went ahead and ordered one myself. Can you please tell me where exactly are the servers located in the UK? As I can only find the information that it’s hosted in the United Kingdom but not were at – or – what data center they are using.

    Thanks

    • Hi Chris,

Our servers are located in Gosport, England, with diverse 10G fibre links back to London :)

      Thanks

      • Dear Jonathan,

If in case I want to upgrade my current VPS Plan to the higher one, will the discount still available? Or it back to the normal price?

        Regards,

          Cheers
