They’re an Indian host who’s offering solid but not crazy pricing.  Personally I’d prefer to pay a dollar or two more a month with the sense that the provider is able to make a profit and is not going to vanish.  Hostzop just started operations in May and are hosting in Chennai.

What kind of pricing?  $5/month for a 2GB server or $50/year.  You’ll be running on E5s with RAID SSDs.
