Hudson Valley Host have been regularly featured on LowEndBox since 2010, with their last appearance coming on the 4th of July with their Independence Day special. The reviews that they received on their last offer were positive. In addition to Dallas, New York, Scranton and Lithuania; since their last offer, they have expanded and added Orlando to their network.

One thing which struck me when looking at their order process was the amount of addons HudsonValleyHost offer. From cpanel to server management, they look like they cater for almost all uses of a vps. As usual please share any experience below for others to read! Make sure you read their Terms of Service and do keep in mind that this promotion is time limited.

    Do you allow IRC?
No we do not allow IRC. We do not allow IRC due to the fact it uses high system resources and bandwidth.

This one is unique :) High system resources? One of the oldest internet protocols still in use? I can’t imagine hosting application which would use LESS system resources than IRC.

    • Hello,
We do allow IRC in 2 of our locations: Scranton, PA and Lithuania.

The knowledgebase post is extremely dated and your right it was poorly worded. I have gone ahead and updated that knowledgebase article.
