I bought the 5gb KVM server earlier today. It was Ubuntu 18.04
It was ready about 5 minutes after purchase.
I immediately used the apt-get update and apt-get upgrade commands to a get all the security patches up to date. It FAILED !! The error was “Not enough disk space”
It was only provisioned with a 2.5gb disk instead of the 60gb it was supposed to be. Opened a ticket and still waiting for an answer. So far… not good.
Is it possible to add on extra storage to these?
I believe the mentioned ram size is a typo: how could 5120MB equals to 1GB?
Like BKM, I also bought the 5GB SSD KVM and have issues with not enough disk space.
Contacted support about it and they asked if I wanted them re-create my VPS on another node, I said yes and 3 days later the *ticket was closed without anything done*.
Would not recommend this company.
