          Using this service is totally Waste of money and time!! I purchased the service on Friday and do not even have time to login. Monday before I try use I got the email that service suspended said attacking others, then lots back and forth they resume the service without explaining any reason. Just resume service. Then the most interesting part comes, a suspension notice come again saying high traffic and High CPU usage. I pruchased a service but spend lots of time to take care their problem while never even start using it.

            I know this is an old thread, but if he didn’t have time to log in, that probably means that you had someone targeting your network for password bruteforcing, as you may be setting weak passwords. Happened to a Dedi company I used to work for for several months before we really put two and two together.

    Their provisioning process is rather extensive, but as should be, given the price you’re paying for their specs.

Okay, so I went to your company homepage and completed the contact us form with a request to be contacted when a restock was available only to receive a reply indicating that a support ticket would not be opened. Why is support responding to presales? Of course my email is not in your current customer database, of course a support ticket should not be opened. There does not seem to be any way to be notified when new stock would be available. So now I’m off looking for other providers because no one there will notify me when this offer may become available. I will omit any negative comments other than the fact that I’m not impressed!

    I was patient and able to get a 500GB Storage KVM from LetBox. The setup process for activating my services and performing a self-install of my choice Linux distro were painless. System performance has been great so far and has exceeded my expectations. I have not experienced any symptoms of overselling.

    There was only one minor issue regarding NoVNC after a recent Saturday maintenance window. Support was quick to respond, but took a little longer than I had hoped to resolve the issue. I believe this may have been due to a language barrier. Regardless, it was a minor issue and resolved to my satisfaction within a reasonable time.

    It is unlikely you will find something with this much storage and as performant anywhere close to the deals found here. I am a happy customer and have recommended LetBox to others. I do not find it surprising that they have been selling out quickly due to what they are offering for such low prices. I suggest you exercise patience and give them a shot as well. I doubt you will be disappointed!

    Their fraud detection capabilities are extremely basic. It seems my IP has a low “score” because of some incident in March 2016.

    I tried explaining to them that as a DSL user, my IP addresses are dynamic and constantly re-assigned, so they really can’t taint an entire set of IPs based on this. At this rate, no DSL IP will ever be ‘clean’.

          There has been many other hosting companies that have accepted this marker in my name,

      I know who you are you request cancellation request after a month using our services then ask to refund please kindly i check our TOS we do redund after 24 hours only so we can’t refund after a month. You asked to set your services back and we active it again for free charge. What we can do more?

    please remove this vps advertisement. not worth it. they are not fully 24/7/365 support as they said in their website. to all users, do not waste your money into this company. there are lots of reliable and well established vps providers that you can try, rather than this low class providers.

    Using this service is totally Waste of money and time!! I purchased the service on Friday and do not even have time to login. Monday before I try use I got the email that service suspended said attacking others, then lots back and forth they resume the service without explaining any reason. Just resume service. Then the most interesting part comes, a suspension notice come again saying high traffic and High CPU usage. I pruchased a service but spend lots of time to take care their problem while never even start using it.

      i think this so-called “box” operated by a single person. thats why it takes hours to activate the services and takes 2-3 days to respond on ticket or this thread. anyway, this is a cheap product, so expect a cheap services and after-sales support.

      • We have our team working in business hours. what is tickets take days to respond? do you have any ticket not responded within 24 hours? we have 24/7 emergency support team for all support ticket. Sales ticket is different matter don’t include weekends and holidays. if any order delayed that’s mean order under fraud checking. it’s very clear in TOS setup terms

        “VPS are usually set up within 1 – 5 Business hours after payment has been confirmed and received but please allow 24-48 Business Hours.””

    key900 was nice enough to restock the 1GB RAM plans in Dallas for me yesterday so I immediately purchased one. My Letbox VPS was setup in less then 2 hours and support added a custom iso for me (FreeBSD 11.0). I’m impressed so far and I really love the performance and network :). I might buy a bigger VPS from them in the near future.

    Hey guys, just a quick overview of the company so you don’t make the same mistake I do:

    Been with the guys for six months.
    Initially, it started well with a few outages here and there, something to be expected.
    Then all of a sudden the VPS became unresponsive – no connection to the site, no SSH access – nothing.
    The support blamed me for not knowing what I’m doing and offered no course of action.
    When I asked for the money back they got rude and offered no compensation whatsoever.
    Needless to say, it was a site that was making money and it was down two days in a row.
    The VPS is now gone and never regained access to it.
    They were cheap initially but I’d stay away from them if you have anything of importance.

  71. I had been with Letbox until this week. One of my KVM VPS suddenly had problems with access via SSH and the Letbox control panel. I put in tickets with the service department and got no results other than ‘your vps IP address pings’ type of response. They failed to fix the control panel access so that I could not change the password, could not access via SSH, and could not access via their own noVNC panel.

    So I tried to reinstall the OS so that I could recover the backup. No luck. The reinstall using their standard Centos 7 instance appeared to install. However, the panel kept showing the previous OS with high memory use as if it were still running my VOS server. I think they have some basic misconfiguration problems with KVM. I kept on contacting customer support and they kept responding that everything was OK because they could ping the IP address. That is not just lame, that is brain-dead. Letbox either did not care that a 5-year customer was not able to access their VPS or they did not know how to manage a KVM server. In either case, Letbox lets me down big time.

    I blasted customer service telling them they needed to fix their 3-month old problems and the result was that they dropped both the faulty VPS and another VPS that I had paid for six months of service. That is dishonest and illegal by US laws.

    Stay 100 miles away from Letbox.

    Today I got an email from letbox “WARNING – SERVICE TERMINATION IN 24 HOURS” because of unpaid service.
    And I saw this at midnight. I opened a ticket. Then, I got respond in 10 minutes!
