I am unsubscribing from LowEndBox as they are still promoting vpshosting.co even though the service is a con. Do not fall for this scam and please read the reviews on Trust Pilot before you buy,

Totally agreed. Another victim of vpshosting.co confirmed it. Leave review on Trust Pilot to help another to avoid this scum

I’ve been waiting almost 2 weeks for that pretend refund. You are a liar and scammer. For the time you keep me waiting for that refund I will devote my time to letting other victims know about you.

I dont know why you think they are scam? I have 8 small VPS there for a great price. And I do not expect a 24/7 perfect server. For my use case it works perfectly.
And I am happy if they give me more ram for free even if it’s just 0.25GB…. Thanks guys 🙂
… and I am not affiliated with that company, I am a regular customer.

If any ‘real’ people are reading these comments notice how the truth is coming from known accounts with avatars – the lies are from those with fake accounts.

@Jonny McCullagh I am unsubscribing from LowEndBox as they are still promoting vpshosting.co > words with no actions… I would think you are the liar.

If you had a bad experience fine, they offered you a refund, that’s fair, but stop spamming YOUR frustration, others might see it differently. and stop calling me a a “fake” account just because I do not use these old school avatars.

You did not offer a refund ? You so dumb it hurts. It is so obvious you are the vpshosting.co scammers. Refund me and I stop. Otherwise I keep going and telling people how bad you are. If you spent a fraction of this time improving your service you might be good.

If anyone has any doubts you can see the tactics these fakers are using. There has been no refund – ZERO despite the lies above. It is obvious that the employees are posting these comments rather than actual customers. And yes I have unsubscribed from the mailing list of LowEndBox (scammers) and if I don’t get a refund from you liars I will close my 25 year PayPal account.

I’m not an employee or fake customer, I found this post while searching for deals on VPSs and decided to post my invoice number because of the extra ram offer, I didn’t bother setting up a avi for a forum I never use before. I’m using their 4gb VPS right now and it’s working fine for me

If Jermaine has not convinced you that vpshosting.co are conmen then just check trust pilot. I expect to be blocked on this site soon for speaking the truth so check trust pilot for lowendbox too.

      Jonny,

You are not going to be blocked for criticizing a provider, LowEndBox, or me. Critical feedback is allowed here, including negative customer experiences.

What we do need is for the discussion to stay factual and fair. Calling people “conmen” or suggesting anyone who disagrees with you is fake crosses a line. VPSHosting.co is a large provider with a long history in this market, including more than 10 years of presence around LowEndBox and LowEndTalk. They also show up publicly and reply to customers, which is very different from how an actual scam operation behaves.

That does not mean every customer is happy, or that outside reviews should be ignored. Readers should absolutely check reviews, comments, terms, and community feedback before buying from any provider. But there is a big difference between saying “I had a bad experience” and repeatedly labeling a company or other commenters as scammers without specific facts.

Why are you saying thank you if your a customer ? Your whole approach to this conversation is very suspicious.

            Now the next one comes…
I dont know what this is here.

I said „thank you“ because Jon moderated the talk and i was called „not a real person“. He described the thin line between „i“ had a bad experience with a Company or a service and calling a Company or people who think different as „scam“ or not real people. Its always 2 sides of a story.

A different example, maybe you understand then:
I never liked Michael Jackson, would it be ok to call him names, just because I dont like him?

But anyway, it was my last comment here.
I am close to 60 and some of you act like children.

Call me whatever you like, i dont care. Enough energy spent here.

I disagree Jon. LowEndBox is promoting vpshosting.co blindly to unsuspecting customers like myself & 3-4 others that have been complaining in recent days.
I will make my points and you can choose what you do in future but I am done with LowEndBox:
        – “Readers should absolutely check reviews” : readers should not have to. You should do that homework on behalf of readers otherwise you provide no real value. If you can’t be bothered quoting the score from Trust Pilot that what job is it you are doing ?
        – “anyone who disagrees with you is fake” : there were comments that were clearly from vpshosting.co Based on the wording they let things slip that a normal native speaker wouldn’t have said.
        – “conmen” I paid for a hosting service that was not as advertised. I asked for a refund 4 times and was passed to ‘senior support’ who flat out ignored the ticket. Ticket #003194
        – “conmen” Several of us commenters asked for refunds from vpshosting.co and did not get refunded despite assurances from vpshosting.co and the fake comment accounts. Since there was no refund forthcoming we are forced to come here and take it up with those that pushed the shady service.
        – “conmen” The control panel software from vpshosting.co does not function.
        – It does not provide terminal/console access to the VPS in the event of a firewall misconfiguration.
        – The control panel has bugs that they are aware of including ‘This VPS can be managed by Admin only’
        – Adding SSH keys does not work
        – There was no option to re-install the OS
        – Technical support by ‘Guru’ was a joke. They simply ignored my questions rather than trying to resolve. Ticket #003194
        – I would still like to know if they add any software to the OS that is not part of the OS itself. I was unable to get as far as SSH so I couldn’t check that.

And to top all that Jermaine rocks up with completely irrelevant nonsense.

    @Jonny McCullagh – I hope you are happy now. I reactivated my 2010 gravatar… just for you….

“I expect to be blocked on this site soon” – not a bad idea, because out of frustration you insult other people.
