Didn’t get SolusVM info or any reference to the CP in any email from registration to order completion, so this VPS with CentOS is what was pre-installed and I don’t care to further test. ✌(◕‿-)

The support is stupidly hilarious. They will have outages and reset your server, you will open a ticket, then they will put your server back up and be like , “What outage? Your server is working fine.”

Got a bandwidth exceeded email from them when I literally haven’t even been using my VPS since it was terribly slow and bought a new one. So either they are scamming or they got hacked. Beware

WARNING: I cancelled my VPS with them, and also only clicked to make a one off payment initially. I got an email from them saying they had my credit card on file and would be taking an automatic payment from my account. I threatened to report them their company for
1.) keeping credit cards on file without permission
2.) taking automatic payments without asking
    SUPER scummy practices.

Also they cancelled my VPS for hitting the bandwidth limit EVEN after I cancelled it so something super fishy is going on

Yup. This is part of a scam network of providers. There are probably more but they exist so you prepay the entire year and then poof. Quite genius and scummy. All used the same templated email to notify customers. Here’s a list:

    • It should be. The person behind those companies should be banned from LEB.

Agreed, now I’m going to have a hard time believing any of the deals on here…what a shame. Is there anything the moderation team is planning on doing to prevent endorsing this sort of sham in the future?
