We ran an offer for GigaTick back in May.
Back then their offers were aggressive but not crazy. A lot of hosts are converging at the $5/2GB RAM price point and that’s where they were. They also offered cPanel for $2.95/month. Service was in Los Angeles.
And now they’re gone.
As discussed on LowEndTalk, they’ve deadpooled. Their web site goes to a Plesk default page with an invalid cert. And that is hosted on 1and1.
Easy come, easy go…or perhaps not so easy. One LowEndTalk reader reports they’re still getting autobilled through GigaTick’s zombie WHMCS.
