Adam, the founder of IPXcore emailed me their coupon code to get their “IronVPS” plan under our listing criteria. Use the code IRON5LEB to get the VPS plan to $4.95/month. Here is the ordering link.
- 128MB guaranteed/192MB burstable memory
- 10GB storage
- 200GB/month data transfer
- OpenVZ
They operated out from Phoenix Internet in Phoenix AZ (use their website for ping/traceroute test). Interesting WHMCS template modifications rather than a plan page. Domain was created in April 2011, although Adam has been designing and programming dynamic websites for over 10 years. The plan itself is nothing fancy. For OpenVZ VPS with 128MB memory it would be hard to compete with those low cost yearly offers, and there are other providers servicing Phoenix that give more bang for the bucks. Their testimonials page doesn’t make sense, not to mention both sites mentioned there are registered by Adam. Nor am I able to find any ToS/AUP pages.

In the latest WHMCS update they have loads of more ordering templates.
heh Maybe even the WHMCS people are getting tired of seeing the same thing over and over again. :)
Their network page doesn’t make any sense either. It’s just pics of TimeWarner’s and QWest’s networks. I believe older pictures as well.
I hope they’re not thinking that TimeWarner is a Tier 1 network as they’re not.
Hello! This is Adam with IPXcore.
We chose Time Warner and Qwest due to better transit for residential customers. We’re currently attempting to have Phoenix Internet peer with Cox as well. We anticipate that most of our clients will be creating sites to serve residential customers, which is why we chose Phoenix Internet instead of any of the other colo providers in Phoenix.
There are other VPS providers in Phoenix that offer lower prices but we are different, because we own our equipment and are focused on low density services with premium support. We’re in this for the long haul, not to make a pile of money off of oversold hosting for a few months only to disappear.
Since I started using these guys as my provider, I have forgotten of the trouble like downtime and slowmotion. Audience seems also to be glad, making the site bigger. Which the site is being upgraded and maintained, I am here to write the review with the strong recommendation of IPXcore.
