LowEndBox - Cheap VPS, Hosting and Dedicated Server Deals

Servarica - $7/month 1GB or $48/year 768MB Xen VPS in Montreal, Canada

ServaricaHani, from Servarica, is back with two exclusive offers located in Canada. Those who are not big fans of PRISM or the Patriot act will probably like the location and it’s low ping to the USA. Servarica have been a registered company in province of Quebec for more than 3 years. We have featured them two times before, the last time was in August 2013. As well as being a VPS provider, they’re also a software development form who develop control panel / management software for Citrix XenServers. This gives them a very good knowledge of how Xen works, which hugely benefits them as a provider. Their nodes are using brand new Supermicro servers with 2 X E5-2560, ECC DDR3 memory and “high end redundant networking devices”. These server are the basis of their high availability structure, together with a SAN. Servers are set up instantly unless you are flagged for manual review, in which case it could take up to 8 hours. • Our main issue with very cheap monthly offers is the amount of spammers.
because of that when we feel the offer will be very cheap on monthly basis we only offer it for longer billing cycles.

I am looking on adding 512MB offer should be done in 1 day

          Thanks

This company is absolutely great, I’ve been with them since February 2012 and the support is amazing. I’ve had no issues with stability or speed. I’d recommend Hani and his team to anyone who’s interested in getting a VPS.

  12. Allen:

I would echo the sentiments of Marc above.
The attitude/service that I have received from Servarica since signing up for a leb windows vps last September (2013), has been outstanding (including even emailing me recently to apologise for not sorting out within a few hours something that I had royally stuffed up…).
I always get the feeling that they are trying to help me get the most/best out of my setup, resolve problems etc even if they aren’t responsible for the cause. I have had no significant downtime/hassles with my basic leb windows vps package. And while I can’t directly attest to the xen setups offered here, I would hope they are backed by the same helpful team.
May you live long and prosper – nanu nanu :)

  13. Nabil:

    They are really unprofessional!

I placed an order for a VPS, one day after that I received access details (after opening a support ticket to ask for it). Since I have also paid for 4 additional IP addresses that I didn’t receive, I opened another ticket to ask for that. Few hours later I received the following message:

“We have canclled and refunded your order as the order failed verification
also the order is multi ip order which we usually dont accept”

    My questions:
    1. Which verification are they talking about?!
    2. Why allow users to place orders with additional IP addresses if they don’t accept them?

It was a waste of time.

    • Hi Nabil,

I am sorry for the issue,
But based on the verification check you had too many spamming complaints, add to that your order is multi ip order so it was too risky to accept the order.

For any (new user) with multi ip order that pass first pass of verification we send email to the user explaining that we have zero tolerance of spam and his multi ip order will be under review even after accepting the order and could be terminated any time if we verified the vps is sending spam with no refunds also we explain that we dont allow public proxies.

if the user accept that we go on and activate the order after doing another pass of verification. (most of the cases the user just ask for refund at this stage)

because of this procedure we truly usually dont accept orders with multi-ips (not always (“usually”)). most of the users ask for refund and some dont pass second verification level

I wish your issue was anything other than spamming , in that case i would make sure that you are satisfied but for spamming the only thing i could offer (and did) is refunding you

I agree that accepting without checking and then re verification and cancelling within couple of hours was not professional but considering the risk of marking the ips as spammy ips and affecting all other customers in our network we were forced to act in such a way

Again we are sorry for the trouble we caused you

      Thanks
