SimpleNode was founded in July of 2012 as a Minecraft server hosting provider. By the end of that year, they began adding OpenVZ and KVM services. Their previous domain was simpleno.de but switched to simplenode.co in July of 2013. Please take careful note that they are not a registered company. But their WHOIS information is public. They were featured multiple times already here in LEB and received moderate amount of feedback. Though not conclusive, some feedback are fairly positive. We highly encourage our readers to share their thoughts below at the comments section.
SimpleNode accepts either PayPal or bitcoins (via Bitpay) for payments. IRC for legitimate use and VPNs for private use are allowed on their servers. Legal torrents are allowed also as long as clients limit their disk I/O. No Tor exit nodes or Adult content. Mail is allowed for general website hosting use, but you need to contact them before you use VPS for mass mailing. For more details, we encourage you to read their Terms of Service.

That first KVM looks pretty good. Anyone test it out yet?
@Dawrkness ordered this morning; seems to be quite decent so far. It’s a better price than an Amazon AWS instance with the same specs, especially if you pre-pay the year.
I used to have a VM with these guys, it was very stable.
Re: “Please take careful note that they are not a registered company.” I’m just wondering aloud: They’ve been around since July 2012 and they’re not a registered company? How do they give receipts for payment if they’re not a registered company? Don’t they have to be a registered company somewhere? (Maybe not, but this would surprise me.)
Do you allow bulk mailing on your vps?
Unfortunately not – bulk mailing of any kind is prohibited by our upstream provider without special provisions (which we currently do not have).
What does this mean for hosting my own mail server?
Can I do that? At what point am I considered to be sending mail in bulk?
no ipv6 on kvm?
That is correct at this stage.
