I am unable to see those plans or prices listed, is there a specific link we need to use?
According to the hosting provider, the link is supposed to be: https://godlike.host/leb-offer1
We have asked them to correct the error on their side so that the prices show as promised.
When I go to the link I see the following text popup:
$1/GB
HOT DEAL
💥 Unbeatable Price: $1/GB! 💥
⚡ Don’t overpay for performance. Get any server for just $1/GB and save 75% instantly.
The problem is once I click “GET THE DEAL” the pricing does not show as what is promised ($1/GB/MONTH)
We will update this once we have more information.
Don’t hesitate:
They market a 2USD/mo, but it’s only for first month. Be aware. Nitro 1 renews at 8USD.
Note that this deal is only applies for the first month, so kinda pointless.
Yeah, I noticed too late.
Not a scam per-se, but if they market “2USD/mo” it’s supposed to be until cancelation.
Lost 1.99 USD, but learned a valuable lesson.
Already requested cancelation.
I mean, that’s a bait and switch.
If they get 100 people signing up and realizing after a short period of time that it renews at 4x the cost, and the effort required to get a refund on $2 feels like it’s not worth it, they’ve earned free money. If the cancellation does not give you a refund, then that makes it a scam, in my books. Transparency is important!
The Linux VPS from Godlike Host has been delivering great performance for our client training sessions. However, I get the feeling they might be short on resources, as there are still pending orders on their end. It makes me wonder if they would have the capacity to handle large-scale orders.
