All our Canada offers are DDoS protected, but we do not guarantee the protection. OVH isn’t the best at times!

Is there a particular reason you are so severely limiting IPv6 addresses? As IPv6 use becomes more prevalent, we are going to start running into issues with “bad apples” tainting everyone’s IPv6 addresses. Most providers block an entire /64 for SPAM/misbehavior, meaning that one bad customer is going to wind up impacting a huge percentage of your IPv6 addresses, since you only allocate (10 – presumably contiguous) IPv6 addresses.

2.81 load on a single core VPS is too much. Please take a look at the TOS you agreed to.
“Constant CPU usage should be kept below half the number of CPU cores in load. For example, if your VPS has 4 CPU cores, then your overall load should be kept below 2.00. This does not apply to short bursts.”
In my books a load of 2.8 on a QUAD core VPS represents 100% load (Since at 0.7 load instructions tend to start queuing up in the pipeline).
For this instance of a SINGLE core VPS service I would expect a 0.7 load to be fair.. 2.8 is way too high and will impact the other users of the service.
Just my $0.02, but what you are expecting seems to be unfair to what I have thus far found to be a very good provider. My service has been nothing just the best thus far.

VPS stopped responding, not restarted and could not access it to assess what was going on. I opened a call, sent information and got NO answer. Extremely disappointed with the service provided. They not even explained to us what happened to the server. I was considering getting a second VPS, but gave up. I would at least them to return the monthly payment that was paid.
Initially this was a great vps – fast IO, fast net.
A couple of months back VPS host died, submitted a ticket and it was resolved in a couple of days.
Same issue today, got an initial response about a known problem and was fixed. It wasn’t fixed and now getting no response from support for the last 6 days.
Was a good package but unreliable and support is lacking.
I don’t know what is happening with them. My VPS was down for 2 days and it’s back online, but no response. I was considering getting a second VPS too, but I’m giving up. @linuxthefish
No reponse from support, no ticket answer, no vps online from a week ago, this service was good like a month ago, but now is too bad support and service, stay away….
I would echo the sentiments of the others. I got the VPS in SEP. I use less than 2% of the VPS and it has not been available for over 15 days. last outage is 10days straight and counting. cannot get a response from support. chat/twitter does not exist. only support tickets which have no response.

They have become completely unresponsive. Their payments are processed via tickets. You open a ticket once you’ve paid. They aren’t responding. I have money spent and a server down.
Avoid like the plague. Pay 2-3 times as much if you need to (which you don’t).
Definitely stay away, my VPS has randomly been suspended without warning. After reading others’ comments I’m definitely thinking I’m not going to get it unsuspended. Bit of a shame because it was a great company a month or so ago. Bit annoyed I’ve lost everything.
Worst Service ever Encountered and Support system doesn’t even bother to respond or reply for 10 days. I would request client to move away as this service is not worth wasting your time.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. VPS Suspended without any notice, paid in advance and I have probably had about a month of uptime with 4 months of service plan. Truly the worst host I have experienced to date. They steal your money, give you shitty servers and continuously let your run on down time without any help or any service or any reply when you need it.

Worst service ever!! The owner has not responded to my ticket and it has been over a month. My last ticket was closed without any response. I bought this back in August and have not been able to use it at all – There’s always an issue with connecting to the VPS… STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!
I am also effected by dedistation. Got two servers. Paid full for 1 year in advance and now they have disappeared.
I have found their company registration info in UK and going to launch complaint against them and would try to cancel their company registration.

I’ve got an VPS from them and it is working fine atm, I hope it will last… No response on my tickets whatsoever.
VPS changed to suspended after paying my invoice opened ticket no response yet judging by the comments here I have decided just to pursue a refund via PP.

VPS down just for some hours. I am panicking as I think it is not going to be booted up anymore.
After being down the server for one week without explanation, it got back. Still have 3 tickets opened without any reply by dedistation support. Today my server was disabled due to bandwidth exceeded. I opened a ticket to support before it reached the limit asking some questions. Now server is disabled and still no news from them.
If you like gambling, this is a good option to throw your money away. It’ll work fine until you find the server stopped or you are unable to access the server nor the administration site at all.
If you want a server cheap but without support, this is your best option
New update. I finally have been able to access the Control Panel and my VPS has been removed 5 months before the contract expires. My previous message was ironic but never expected to feel that they had stolen until now. It was an awful service. Now it’s gone.
Server has been down for 6 weeks now. No response to any tickets. I cancelled service just make a point, but they can’t even be bothered to do that. It’s been “Pending Cancellation” for over a week. Absolute waste of time. But what can you do?
However I do believe that lowendbox should not list any offers from any hosts where the admin is known to have been involved in previous failed or fraudulent ventures. In this case avoid Alexander Chen like the plague, as he is the registered admin & technical contact for dedistation.com

Useless host. Don’t waste your money with them. Not terrible services, it’s totally NO support, whatever you send get NO reply at all, NO one bother to respond to you. I have 2 vps with them, both offline, one down for months. Not sure how can I claim back my money… It’s just very upset

Definitely a scam. Bought 4 VPS servers from them with different service levels and different hosting nodes. All of the servers are unavailable now. Service requests are being ignored.
I can not access my vps in dedistation last 24 hours but none from support replying my ticket yet.
Service is down for 48hs now and nobody repply the tickets (for months!)

It wasn’t a scam when I first got mine as I have been with Dedistation for almost 2 years however, from the 25th April my VPS turned offline and a submitted ticket to them is currently “in progress” with no replies to this date.
I’ve escalated the dispute to PayPal today and will let you know the outcome.
As there service is still online (i.e. website) I think the links should be removed so no one accidentally orders.

I purchased a 3 GB, 4-Core VPS hosted at France last October. It was working like a charm till yesterday. Raised a ticket, no response for the past 12 hours.
After reading the comments above, I guess this is it. Looks like this is not a trustable provider after all.

Have had a similar experience to as those who have recently commented. Server down, no response to ticket, no response on twitter. Not sure how long the server as been offline as it was a server I got for a friend’s project idea which ended up going no where. Future listings from this provider should come with a warning.
It has been more than half a year. It won’t come back.
