    • Our twitter does look a bit bad. We use it to let people know when something goes wrong. Nothing to hide … just would rather have our customers know when stuff goes downhill than leave them in the dark.

      In more details

      – Billing issues … WHMCS send out a lot of false invoices.
      – Denver Server … kernel panic (1 hour downtime or so)
      – Denv1.bh … network outage (30 minutes or so downtime)

      Things go wrong once in a while. If it does we let our customers know what has happened and resolve the issues.
