    • It is SAS based storage which is faster and more expensive than standard HDD based.

      April 23, 2017 @ 1:38 am | Reply
      • SAS itself does not offer improved perfomance if you use it in conjunction with cheap HDD. SSD+SATA offers far more superior perfomance and you can easily find SSD offers with better rationed RAM/Storage, most of which will have *less RAM* and *more (faster!) storage*, hence the question.
        Doesn’t matter, moving along…

We do not use SAS with HDD, the storage is based on SAS alone.

I have an account with these scammers, which month after month I make the payment. and this month for personal reasons I made the payment 1 day after my due date. and they terminated my service without even notifying me of the termination. because of him I lost data of great importance. and at this moment we are seeing the way to sue, since they are not able to give an answer I have open service tickets and the only thing they have had the courage to answer is the following.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Your ticket has been assigned to the relevant team and they will be in touch soon.

    Kind Regards,

For more than 10 days I have not received any response from anyone in your company. they know that they did wrong in finishing my service since it always proceeds to been suspended but never finished. and this mistake will cost them. Too bad they don’t have the courage to show their faces.

No meaningful response to a ticket opened on 3.3.2020 – after their “upstream provider datacenter migration” apparently left IPV4 networking broken.

Yes, it’s true, actually until now they didn’t reply, and since they change the IPs of all VPS the service is getting bad!

the thing that we paid for a whole year and we need to find a replacement soon.

      Same here.

I’ve had an offline KVM for over a week. And with an unanswered open ticket.

So far it’s the worst provider I’ve ever had.
