Chromobyte have been in business for the past 18 months and are primarily a ‘minecraft host’. Whilst they’re not currently a registered company, they’re in the process of registered as a ‘S-Corp’. Nightly backups are taken of all VPS services but you’re still responsible for looking after your data. IPv6 is not currently available. According to their site, servers are setup instantly on Xeon E3 and E5 nodes. Their website has a bunch of testimonials, however we cannot obviously verify these. If you sign up, do keep us informed with how you get on!

Chromobyte accept payments via Paypal. Refunds are not offered on VPS services. According to Remi, they take “pride in the services and will quickly and kindly fix any issues that would result in needing a refund”. CentOS, Ubuntu, Debian, Fedora, and Scientific are all offered. More can be added by request. Additional IPv4 Address are available at $2.00/month + a $0.50 setup fee. For more information, have a read of their Terms of Service.

Ummmm, why are we allowing a company that has been in buisnes for 18 months and NOT registered to be posted?

Also, some countries do not require company registration or tax registration if you are not meeting a certain amount per year.
